Our take

What a buyer should know

A 7.77-metre aluminium electric tender

The AluShip E-TNDR 770 is the second largest of the builder's five electric tenders. Where the E-Sloep is a low open sloop, the TNDR hull is lighter and built to plane, and this one draws only 0.30 m — shallow enough for water a sloop of the same length cannot follow.

The numbers

7.77 m long, 2.55 m in the beam, 970 kg, with an air draught of 1.20 m. Certified for 10 people, CE design category D. An electric pod drives it, offered across an 8 to 18 kW band and settled in the configurator, so battery, speed and range are not published and are left out rather than guessed. From €49,550 including 21% Dutch VAT.

The builder

AluShip cuts and welds its own 5083-grade aluminium hulls in Steenwijk, the Netherlands. The E-TNDR range runs from 6.2 to 8.4 m; the E-Sloep sloops and the Bakdekker deck cruisers are the other electric lines.

Written from the builder’s published specifications and the wider market, not from testing the boat ourselves. Always confirm figures with the manufacturer before committing.
