Boesch is a Swiss builder of mahogany motorboats, founded in 1920 by Jakob Bösch and still family-run at Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. The yard is among the last in the world to produce serially built wooden runabouts, and its sportsboats, from roughly 20 to 32 feet, are traditionally powered by inboard petrol engines; electric powertrains are offered on the smaller models, up to about 25 feet, such as the 750 Portofino Deluxe. Hulls are built from laminated mahogany with a mid-mounted motor and straight shaft.
